This is the first release of the new Graffiti CMS 1.3 open source project. Several bug fixes and minor improvements have been made since Beta 2.
No database changes are required to upgrade from Graffiti CMS 1.2.
Note: As of version 1.3, VistaDB is no longer supported. VistaDB users wanting to upgrade to 1.3 will need to migrate to a new database provider. See Upgrading a Graffiti Database for details.
